Fire

Overview

Fire is the primordial force of the sun, destruction and fire. He is known as Fire, the Unyielding. He is the fourth offspring of Void and rival of their closest sibling Nature. They are the father of Snagga by Life, Raknor by Light, Ignara by Death, Wendril by Order and Aldros by Nature.

Description

Fire is not known to have a physical form. When depicted in art or stories, they are described as a living wall of fire. Most mythologies see Fire as male, however there are exceptions mostly among Elves and Dwarves who would instinctively say Fire is female.

History

Fire is the fourth offspring of Void, younger than Darkness, Light and Nature, but older than Chaos, Harmony, Order, Life and Death.

Fire is seen as the least cooperative amongst the Primordials, as there rarely ever is any logic to his destruction. His offspring only seem to match this chaotic energy as even though some of his children, mainly Snagga, the Goddess of Survival and Wealth, Raknor, the God of Fire and Sun, and Ignara, Goddess of Passion and Power, clearly took after him, while his children with Order and Nature, Wendril, God of Crafts and Artistry, and Aldros, God of Strenght and Independence, clearly took more after their other parent.

Relevance

Like all Primordials, Fire is not actively involved in mortal affairs, nor is he revered or prayed to. There are no temples to Fire, nor does any religion honour him specifically. He is accepted as a fundamental force of the universe. While sometimes demonised due to his dark connotations, Fire has never acted to harm creation.
