Harmony
Overview
Harmony is the primordial force of balance, healing and harmony. She is the sixth of Void's offspring and the one most often forgotten. She is the mother of Vyridian and Aerl by Nature, Armund by Order, Rythmos by Chaos and Amoria by Life. Her only grandchild is the God of Peace, Paxor.
Description
Harmony is not known to have a physical form. When depicted in art or stories, she is depicted as a rainbow. Most mythologies assign her a female gender, except the Orcs to whom she is neutral. Some smaller religions amongst Goblins and Elves also refer to her by neutral pronouns.
History
Harmony is the sixth offspring of Void, having come into the world to balance all of the other Primordials and to sooth the frictions that developed between some of them, mainly between Nature and Fire. She is not said to have the strongest impact on her children, especially not on Aerl, the God of Sky and Wind who can be vile and rough, but some mythologies have her cry over the state of the world and enchant her daughter Amoria, the Goddess of Love and Beauty, and manipulate the child within her sired by Valerion, the God of War and Valor, to be a true force of Peace and Healing towards the world.
Relevance
Like all Primordials, Harmony is not actively involved in mortal affairs, nor is she revered or prayed to. There are no temples to Harmony, nor does any religion honour her specifically. She is accepted as a fundamental force of the universe. Among the Primordials she is most often forgotten and some do not see her as a Primordial at all, as her impact is not felt as directly as that of her siblings.
