A prestigious military academy in the eastern Rakkan city of Rel-Odar. The academy has trained generations of generals and fighters, students isolated from the rest of the nation left with little but to focus on the art of war and combat. With technological breakthroughs in recent years the academy has expanded to allow for the study of firearms and artificer magic.
