Month 8, Week 4, Year 931
A new exhibit of Old Myltevian artifacts was put on display at the National Archives, everything from common living materials to powerful magic items discovered in the ancient mines of Gameria. Beleren's Shroud agents agreed to go and visit the exhibits to make sure that none of the artifacts were cursed or stolen. Vazz and Nikola noticed some shady individuals at the exhibits, like the Handgun agent sizing up some powerful artifacts and an archivist taking notes on the worth of various goods. Nikola identified a couple of strange artifacts like a glowing orb and crudely-designed staff as containing powerful magical energy from other planes, so with Vazz's help they coated the display case in a sleeping agent to prevent any would-be theives from breaking in. Nikola also made a note to follow up with the suspicious archivist in a couple days to make sure they hadn't stolen anything, and Vazz managed to get a handful of rowdy adventurers to leave the party on a wild goose chase towards North Watch. Back at Nikola's shop they had some tea with Beleren, reminiscing about Shroud work and the mysteries of the multiverse. Beleren promised to grant them access to secrets hidden away at Shroud HQ in Kanara if they kept up the good work.
