Bilbo's

A tavern near Mulane College in the halfling city of Noggin. Founded more than a hundred years ago, the tavern has long been a hotbed for protest and sedition against the Elflands Empire. Cassandra Gaspard worked here before helping the Royal Knights Brigade on their missions for the Characters Revolution in 896.
