Kingdom of Argolida

The kingdom of the sea, Argolida is a strong maritime presence, known for their shipbuilders, fishing and many ports. Argolida also produces a great deal of specialty lumber, including several different types of hardwoods due to the variation in their forests, and has extensive farmlands in the north. The large port capital of Tiryns is home to the royal family and the great shipyards. At the border with Massalia sits Niton, one of the “twin ports.” Built up on ruins of what seems to have been an Edyllian port city many times the size of Herna, the founders of Niton originally intended to rebuild the ancient city. Soon overwhelmed by the scale of the project, out of materials and money, the project collapsed, and work up to that point eventually culminated in Niton in Argolida, and Calaidasi in Massalia. The smaller port of Pithymeleu focuses primarily on exporting high quality cabinetry woods from the forests upriver along with finished products.
