Cirith Archipelago
Spending most of a month on a ship to look at some birds? Just... why?
Little more than a series of rocky, medium-sized islands (with the exception of the northernmost island), the Cirith Archipelago is uninhabited except as a refuge for a plethora of bird species. Some biologists charter ships to the Archipelago to study the animals (and occasionally run into illicit trading activities that use the Archipelago as a meeting point).
