The hideout of a master schemer
The Den of the Nimble Fingered is a nickname given to the house Theodore the Nimble Fingered lived in and planned his schemes in. This house was owned by Theodore for years, but none of his neighbours suspected him of being anything but a law abiding citizen.
It's a lovely little house, and it looked so nice when Theodore lived there! He always planted so many nice flowers and bushes, it really made the place shine.
Abandoned
After the heist to steal the Golden Epitaph of Emperor Yarken, Theodore never returned to his small home. As the house was left to be overgrown, something that Theodore usually always prevented with gardening sessions, his neighbours got concerned for his well-being.A missing man
Theodore's neighbours reported him as missing to the authorities and when they came to investigate to see if any foul play was involved, they discovered something far more interesting. The hideout of the thief who stole the plaque. It was through this discovery that they knew who was behind it, and Theodore became a known name throughout Olinthis.A tourist attraction
Theodore never returned to his den, and it was sold off to a man who made a profit by letting people in to see the infamous thief den of the nimble fingered. Some joked that this would make Theodore reappear, as he would hate that someone made money from his name if he didn't get a cut of the profits.
