Bluewater Delight is a renowned and beloved restaurant, located on one of the most central and visited streets in Yeleni, Olinthis. The restaurant drives many people to visit the city, as it is well-known around Dysvoll for its extensive and delicious menu. Most dishes in the restaurant contain fish, and they're known to be quite new-thinking and original. All fish used in Bluewater Delights cuisine is caught by local fishers and is said to be some of the highest quality of fish money can buy.

The food here is simply to die for! I have never tasted so many different and unique ways to use fish in food before!
It was very difficult to get a spot at the restaurant, but it was most certainly worth the wait!

A Family Enterprise

The Bluewater Delight is currently owned and run by Shilnae Epii, a young and eccentric chef said to have a long career ahead of her. Shilnae was apprenticed to her father, Henne Epii, who ran the restaurant before her.
Bluewater Delight has been passed down in the Epii family since it was founded over a hundred years ago. Its survival in the cooking scene is widely attributed to the clever combination of traditional recipes and new-thinking dishes. Furthermore, the Bluewater Delight is said to have an astounding amount of thought and craftsmanship put into every platter served to the guests of the establishment.
