Damva Refuge
During the fall of the Empire of Dwarovar many nobles and Lords have left Damvahold, but a few have remained to get piss-drunk during the end of the world. They held celebrations that lasted for weeks and became so popular that a nation was (drunkenly) funded on top of the idea of drinking and partying as hard as one could - a nation of freedom and entertainment.
Structure
They had no leaders at the beginning, but eventually some have emerged. The foundation of the nation however did not allow one standing above the others, so it's always been the citizen first. The three leaders of the nation were the Beeracle (responsible for food and drink), the Party Leader (responsible for happiness), and the Bouncer Protector (responsible for safety).
ORGANIZATION CHART NOT AVAILABLE
History
Its economy grew from becoming a Merchant hub from them buying all kinds of things (and copious amounts of Beer) for parties from the treasury of the Empire of Dwarovar. Damva Refuge did not expand by military means, it was simply neighboring settlements "joining the party".
Disbandment
Damva Refuge was a bastion of freedom and a birthplace of many societal ideas. These experimental ideas resulted in dali creating echochambers for their circles and groups. These social and political groups reached a peak during the end of the Age of Industry. However the true downfall of the nation was after Magic was introduced, and one of these dangerous groups started shifting their ideas and calling themselves Crystalblood - those that are blessed by the Leviathans. During this so-called "Mage rebellion of Damva" the Refuge was broken apart as all these echochambers started rebelling one after another.
Military
They did not have an army, yet their citizen protected each other from foreign threats with high morale.
Religion
They had no official religion, or any other restrictions on their citizen at all.
