Levellian is a town of academic life, either through the Mage Academy of Levellian or through the Scientists of Levellian.

Standard Mizzrimus settlement hierarchy with the slight distinction of non-mages being sent elsewhere due to overcrowding.

Districts

Academic Distric - libraries and schools, this is where studies and experiments of all forms take place. The Towers - a district full of spiraling towers of the Arcane Lord and the other influential Wizards of the settlement. Living District - homes, markets, everything else.

History

The settlement itself was built by Damva Refuge with Magic in mind. They wanted Levellian to become the capital of Magic, which it quickly did after the construction of the Mage Academy of Levellian and the spread of the Crystalblood culture. However the Crystalblood Mages eventually grew to want their own government - so a rebellion was started - from which Magus was born. The entire settlement used to be protected with a Magical Barrier, that only those that were let inside could pass through. However both Magus and the barrier was taken down when Mizzrimus took the settlement over in the Mizzrym - Ozr'ink debate.
