French Hill Transformer Station - 471 S French Hill St

This station controls electrical service for the town south of the river and east of Garrison Street. Unmanned, it’s dangerous, and enclosed by a twelve foot chain link fencing topped with cyclone razor wire. The fence gates face the road and are secured with a simple padlock. From here a skilled individual can shut off power and darken this part of town.
