Bayfriar's Church - 540 E Church St

This boarded-up, soot-darkened brick church, built in the mid-19th century, sits ominously atop French Hill. It has been sealed for generations; no one seems to remember why. Among the rotting books lining a basement shelf is a strange book called De Vermis Mysteriis.
