Personal history
Scarlett was born in the Duchy of Agria. Her family quickly found out that she had magickal apititude and sent to study with the Thalara, where she excelled.
She become one of the most sought after Thalaras in the world, but her ego got the best of her. She craved more power, believing it was her due. One day, she delved into the dark arts in order to grab the power she felt she needed to save a town from an outbreak of Miasma. What she drew on opened her to a malevolent entity and caused her to kill everyone in the town and part of the countryside.
Her mentor was able to rid her of the malevolent entity but she was stripped of her title of Grand Arcanist among the Thalara. With shame and guilt, Scarlett fled to the Union of Zavartia where she built a cottage in a small strand of willow trees. As she wanted to remain hidden she used Wild Growth to enlarge the forest. She did it at night, unknowningly trapping the Lost Dragon Tribe inside.
She wanted to make sure that she was protected, plus she didn't want to be alone (not completely), she made Adella out of Enchanted Silvermist Yarn (a gift from her mentor). But she didn't have a complete understanding of the yarn.
Scarlett spent several hundred years in the Old Willow Woods. It was when deforestation threatened her hiding spot that she came out into the world again, into one she no longer recognized. She changed her appearance by using Feyglow Glamouris. She kept Adella and the other dolls with her.
She has become a wife and a mother many times over because she is immortal (a side effect of the malevolent entity that possessed her for a time). She moved around a lot (to ensure that no one got suspicious of her youthful looks and because of her daughters being turned into dolls by Adella). She ended up in the Duchy of Zhilos under the name Ann Weller, where she lost two more daughters. After her husband died, she fell off the grid again and wound up in the Principality of Kopolchia in 2001. She got caught in the terrorist bombings and became an Eaters (contracting Chaos Affliction was another "gift" from the malevolent entity). As an Eaters, she lost her magickal aptitude, so Adella "died" as well in 2001.
Scarlett manages to spread chaos through the Union of Zavartia, the Duchy of Zhilos, and the Principality of Kopolchia for 500 years or so, until around 2500 SE someone managed to cut off her head, killing her for good this time.
