Ochita

Of all the sections of Cabochon, none as exerted more dominance over the others than Ochita (pronounced AH-ch-ta.) Homeland country of the human, elves, orcs, and halflings, Ochita is more common referred to as the Empire or the 'Old Realm'.

Geography

Unlike much of Oren, Ochita does not have cliffed coasts elevated high above sea level making coastal inlets prime real estate for ports and fishing villages. Ochita is not known to feature any major deserts, instead garnering plentiful rainfall and highly diverse jungles near the equatorial line. Many geological scholars consider Ochita as more of a supercontinent comprised of three distinct subcontinents: The Hawlands (or Far West), The Greylands, and the Northlands (including the Northern Wylds.) Due to the secrecy and lack of open explorations in the Greylands or the Far West, their specific terrain is not well known throughout Cabochon.
