Tos Q'eillen is one of the main countries of Rúþría, a region in the the northern Southlands in southern Borgalor, and the only remaining one ruled and primarily inhabited by Dwarves. The country is bordered by Hmarg to the west and the Þemzó Sea to the north, and its capital is the city of Önnan.
Originally a njóþan colony, Tos Q'eillen is a little larger than Hmarg but effectively a city-state, with the majority of the population inhabiting the capital and the rest found in either fishing villages along the coast or towns centered on mining or agriculture in the hinterlands. The small size is due to a pact made with the native Trolls beyond Rúþría after the latter destroyed the t'üllman colony of Erkan T'üllma but spared most of the population and carried them to the southern border of Tos Q'eillen, thus convincing the Q'eillans not to expand their own borders any further.
As a result, the country is now the most densely populated one in the Southlands.
Njóþic: Ür Flonóq /yːr flɔːnouq/
Ür Flonóq covers the western part of the country, around the town of Flonóq which is connected to the hmargan border by a tunnel.
Njóþic: Ür Jözill /yːr jœːzɪlː/
Ür Jözill covers the eastern part of the country, around the town of Jözill, known for its marble quarries, magic crystal mines, and butter tea flavoured with rock salt.
Njóþic: Ür T'all /yːr tʼalː/
Ür T'all covers the southern hinterlands around the town of T'all, where a significant portion of the inhabitants are of t'üllman descent and is a stronghold of t'wanism in an otherwise teraftist country. While some followers of the former faith make a pilgrimage to the sacred Mt. T'wan in Jælondis, others instead visit a shrine housing a statue carved from a boulder brought from there half a century ago, displayed alongside a far older relic, a bone taken from the left pinkie of Pürik Hö, founder of t'wanism.
Q'eillic/njóþic: Ür Önnan /yːr œnːaːn/
Ür Önnan covers the capital region of Tos Q'eillen as well as the coastline, all located in the north. It's home to the most diverse population in the country, including Ti'eians and Narúrtic Dwarves from Jælondis along with other southlandic people such as Hmargans, Kröþans and Arikróans.
