Yellow Banner Fleet
The Yellow Banner Fleet is a pirate fleet within in the Black Sails Brethren under the command of the Fayng Kuan. The fleet is known also as the Ghost Fleet, for many of the ships are commanded by the undead or necromancers. The Yellow Banner Fleet is primarily interested in capturing goods and taking prisoners either for ransom or to be sold as slaves, but has very strict rules of engagement and about how prisoners are treated.
