Wee Free Pirates
The Wee Free Pirates are a group of buccaneers under the command of Mally and Fidel Rounbreeze. Despite their name they are not all small folk, though a good portion of the crew are Halflings and Gnomes. The name actually comes from a cruel nickname given to the crew that Mally Rounbreeze commanded before joining up with Fidel's crew.
Structure
Code of the Wee Free Pirates
I. Every crewmate, regardless of size and rank shall receive a fair and equal title to provisions and liquors that are seized.
II. Every crewmate shall receive and equal vote in any civil decision, including the position of officers.
III. Every crewmate shall receive an equal share of any Prize that is seized, excepting officers who shall receive One and one half a share.
IV. No crewmate shall act against the ship or another, and if so, they shall be punished by what means is agreed upon by a majority of the crew.
V. Any crewmate who is grievously injured is to be given three shares from the prize and then brought to a port of their choosing within 100 leagues.
VI. Any crewmate who is killed shall be if possible, returned to their spouse or next of kin, who is to be given all their belongings and two shares of the most recent prize.
VII. No one shall be brought aboard without their consent, and no crewmate onboard or on land may engage in the theft of any person’s virtue.
VIII. During the capture of a prize, none who are unarmed are to be needlessly injured, nor are the personal belongings of any person to be taken without good reason.
