Red Hat Pirates
The Red Hat Pirates are one of the major pirate organizations in the Black Sails Brethren. They are lead by Gentleman Reynalt Chust. They are know to be honorable, or at least more honorable than the other Brethren crews.

Be it resolved that
I. That every crewmate shall obey his commander in all respects, as if the ship was his own. Any that fails shall be considered without honor.
II. That no crewmate shall give, or dispose of, the ship's provisions; but everyone shall have an equal share.
III. He that shall be found Guilty of Cowardice in the time of engagements, shall be considered without honor and be marooned with water for a day, and a single loaded crossbow.
IV. If any Gold, Jewels, Silver, &c. be found on Board of any Prize or Prizes to the value of a Piece of Silver, & the finder do not deliver it to the Quarter Master in the space of a Day they shall suffer what Punishment the Captain and the Majority of the Company shall think fit.
V. They that is found guilty of Defrauding on another to the value of one Piece of Gold shall suffer what Punishment the Captain and the Majority of the Company shall think fit or be offered to the defrauded party to satisfy their honor.
VI. Every crewmate shall keep their Blades and Bows clean and fit for service.
VII. Any conflict between crewmates is to be settled between the two parties alone, by a duel, at a prearranged location, and witnessed by another of the Brethren.
VIII. In any duel the one who accepts the challenge shall have the right to choose the way, be it Crossbows, Blades, or other weapon.
IX. Any duel may be ceased at first blood, with honor satisfied, if both parties will come away with the issue resolved.
X. A duel to the death is acceptable if both parties remain armed at the killing blow.
