Western District

Residence of King Hugo Ironbrawn III and many other buildings and mines for Black Iron. There is the Mortality Hospital , the Hugo Temple of Compliance here too. The Western District is the most secure place in all of Novakuzran. You will find countless Crown's Guard and Goblin Gang members patrolling constantly. Hugo's Palace is the most guarded place on the continent. He himself always has his guards near him at all times. This is due to the assassination of his father, King Hugo II. The Black Iron Mines are also very guarded. The Goliath, Kobolds, and Dragonborn that work the mines love it here. They are paid well and they love and respect Hugo. They play a vital role in Hugo City's survival, the mining of Black Iron. The Mortality Hospital is not really a hospital at all. This is where all the dead people are sent and tested on by necromancers. The Temple of Compliance is a place where the Bloody Rain and White Cogs are trained. Lastly there is the Reeducation Rehab, this place is for people who have "Lost their way in society." There are no jails in Hugo City, there is the Reeducation Rehab.
