This section of the Southern District is very conveniently placed right near the Western District as well as the Southern District. This is a gambling area. Think of it like a "Little Los Vegas." There is alcohol, entertainment, and of course gambling. You will find not only casinos but clubs as well. This place does not abide by the curfew law as long as you pay the curfew fee. They have places to stay for the night and is often a very popular honeymoon location for people. This is one of the few places in the Southern District where people can relax and enjoy themselves.
