Lord Theodore Octavius Porter (a.k.a. "Flames")
Lord of the Southern District, Theodore Octavius Porter is a red tiefling who loves the south. He loves to gamble, drink, and just genuinley have fun. He doesn't do a lot of actual official business in terms of work. The black market is running wild and the underground gets more and more powerful as we speak. The few official matters he does attend to are the farms and Hugo's Gambit INC. You will often see Theodore in clubs that he allows passed curfew, dog races, bars, etc. He is respected by Hugo beause of his immense strength in battle. Theodore is someone you don't want to meet in a dark alley at night. If you get on his bad side then you won't be taking a trip to the Western District, instead you will get burnt to a crisp right then and there. Other than that he is a very jolly fellow. He loves the people of the South and will often be prancing about in the Southern Market looking at all the fresh cuts of meat.

Personal history
His story is a bit on the more simple side. He, like most tieflings in Hugo City was born in the Western District and trained in the Hugo Temple of Compliance to become a great warrior for the Crown's Guard. He proved his worth with his unorthodox fighting style and was promoted to commanding officer in the south. He then rose up the ranks proving himself time and time again. He eventually caught the eye of the public and then Hugo III. This casued him to be tested again at the Temple and after passing he was promoted to Lord of the Southern District.

Accomplishments & Achievements
After becoming a promising new Crown's Guard he showed his innate passion and talent for fighting and commanding. This caused him to fly up the ranks and become the #1 in the South.
Failures & Embarrassments
He is seen as sort of lazy. He doesn't do a lot of work. Instead he lets his officers deal with the problems themselves. He is just really good at telling people what to do, and fighting. He himself doesn't like hard work. Fighting just comes naturally to him, he doesn't see that as work. But as far as paperwork goes, he leaves that for his mate, Byron Griswald.

He is not the brightest when it comes to actual intellectual conversations. He is more interested in people and what they like. He loves to have fun and doesn't really think of the ramifications of things, he leaves that for Byron.
