King Hugo III Titus Ironbrawn (a.k.a. The Wise)
King Hugo Ironbrawn is the current King of Novakuzren and resides in Hugo City . He is a tough-looking Dwarf who is short, even for a Dwarf, and absolutely hates Humans, and dislikes other tall races. However he sees the good attributes in taller races, like Dragonborn, Goliath etc. He is a brutal and cruel King to those who despise him, but a true saint to those who love him. He favors the smaller races, dwarves, halflings, gnomes, kenku, and even goblins are all welcome to the city. He tolerates human merchants from Baephios as long as the product they bring is top quality.

Personal history
King Hugo Ironbrawn III grew up knowing how much of a mad man his father was. The Hugo before him was refered to as "The Great." It was very much a joke seeing how he drank and ate himself into an early grave. So Hugo III didn't have to do too much to earn the respect of the people of Hugo City. He was given "The Wise" attached to his name for doing simple things his father didn't care about.

Hugo III is not someone to mess with. He is very serious and takes jokes horribly. He is very smart and doesn't like to be bothered when he is speaking or thinking. He understands what the people want and how to make it happen while at the same time progressing the good of Hugo City.

He goes by the same morals his father and grandfather before him. He carries on his hatred, while mellowed out a bit from his grandfather, for humans and even offered humans a couple chances at life. Giving them the option to become "Hunmams" (augmented humans) or working as a necromancer in the Mortality Hospital .
