Overview: The walren empire are by far the oldest surviving race in the galaxy. they control vast swathes of the galaxy and are constantly locked in religious combat against any race that crosses them. throughout all the years of walren rule the only common enemy that has fought them since before record is the Kadar Cabals. the Kadar are the mortal enemy of the Walren and they have sworn to end eachothers species... Walren legends say that two rival gods created each race specifically to kill each other and to be perfect at it. now the two empires have been engaged in unending war for their entire known existence.
Technology: The Walren Empire possess fairly advanced technology, utilizing as much as they can to create the bulkiest and most imposing Navy possible. They rarely use energy protection on Vessles, instead favoring massively thick armor and huge slopped rams on the front. In summation, even though their technology level is quite advanced, they often do not use all of it in favor of mass production.
Species: Walren typically stand at 8-12 feet and were created for one purpose only: killing. Their bones are solid and fused in many places, sacrificing mobility for weight and protection. They breath pure nitrogen, terraforming whole worlds to maintain a breathable environment with little care for any indigenous life.
Structure
The Walren Empire is led by the Eternal Emperor Klasian Neo who is unchallenged in his rule... however he doesn't often care about the day to day government of the vast empire so obviously the Senate with its Lord's and Ladies of house and many other politicians handle most of the legal and diplomatic issues from day to day... additionally the court of the Armed forces covers any matter of military importance. this consist of all military officers higher than a low general or admiral and is lead by the heads of each branch.
Culture
Walren culture revolves around their religious crusade across the galaxy and conflict in general... Walren are taught from birth that their God Arius created them specifically to kill and if they kill it brings them favor with him. additionally Walren are taught to be very respectful of their upper k9 fangs and that the bigger your fangs, the older and more respected the Walren is... losing one's fangs is the ultimate dishonor and Walren religion specifies that if they do not bring enough favor to their God that in their hell they will be chained up and lose their fangs and be forced to never commit violence and therefor be looked down upon in shame by their god which is obviously the worst thing that can happen to a walren. so as a result they are often very radical in their belief.
Territories
After the dissolution of the Onikron Empire, all of their territory and remaining assets were assimilated into their closest ally, the Walren Empire. For this reason, Walren territory is split into 2 large, disconnected chunks of territory. While this does greatly expand their reach and trade opportunities, it also makes it much harder to fortify such a massive and complex border. in total the Walren empire controls and estimated 10,000 worlds.
Military
The Empire has Largest and most powerful military in Avendora with hundreds of trillions of soldiers and sailors. most small arms like infantry rifles rely on crystal projectiles that ignite and burn into purple plasma as they leave the barrel. but many other types of weapons are used aswell.
Cosmological Views
The Walren believe they were created by their god for the sole purpose of exterminating the Kadar.
Granted Divine Powers
It is believed by the Walren that killing an enemy in battle grants them extended life and power, though there is no substantiation for this.
