Moburians are an ethnicity of Human, unique to the planet of Mobera. They primarily speak Galactic English, and they are considered one of the oldest continuous ethnic groups throughout the Galaxy of Astraesto.
Mobera is known for being near inhospitable for most other humans, with temperatures commonly plummeting to below zero degrees. In combination with the Mobera's location inside The Pelleon Anomaly, has made the planet near universally regarded as one of the harshest places to live in the Galaxy.

Loran Belgrano:
Loran Belgrano was a significant figure during the 2nd Galactical War, serving as the commander of the Apreasean support group, sent to Anfieden during Operation Final Frontier. His fleet assisted the Federation forces in defeating the Jeraci Navy during the Battle for Anfieden.
In recognition of Belgrano and his soldiers acts during the war, the Federation Navy and Mobera Planetary Government hold a joint ceremony annually. Because of Belgrano's actions, Mobera is one of the Federation's largest allies in the Kingdom of Apreas.
