Jeraci Domestic Intelligence

Jeraci Domestic Intelligence, officially the Imperial Directorate of Internal & Domestic Intelligence, and colloquially known as Basilisk, is the Empire of Jerace's intelligence branch, dedicated to affairs within the imperial borders of the Empire of Jerace. It is headquartered at the Tankov Lavarovich Intelligence Centre on Moneyye. Its equivalent in the Federation of Anfieden and Allied Planets is Federation Federal Intelligence.
Despite its many similarities in role and strategy to Federation Federal Intelligence, Domestic Intelligence is known for being much crueller and more brutal in its actions. It is feared all across Jeraci space, even more so than Jeraci Central Intelligence. Domestic Intelligence is often considered the arm of the monarch and government, and is used to keep the populace in line.

Livina Ruslanavo

A former agent of Jeraci Domestic Intelligence, Livina Ruslanavo is notable for her defection from the organization. Following many years of distinguished service, she suddenly and without warning escaped Jeraci space. The ensuing investigation by Jeraci Domestic Intelligence was brutal in its efforts to reclaim Livina. Thousands of agents were authorised to do whatever was necessary, to find and arrest her.
Nevertheless, she managed to escape their efforts, and joined Federation Federal Intelligence in their stead, though her previous allegiance remains unknown to the Federation and her agents.
