Prastor District

The Prastor District is where the slums of Capital City are located. Most of the workers of the city live here as they never earn enough money to live in the better off part. It is a hub strife with conflict and drug abuse. Although, it seems like a rough neighbourhood, the people here are friendly to those of their own. Anyone who has a hatred towards the Rhufein Empire has a friend here. Because of this, it is believed that the Eternal Sun has its headquarters here, although there is no evidence for this.
