Scrolls and Scourges

The Scrolls and Scourges is a magic item shop specialised in scrolls, staffs and wands. It is under the control of the Dewin who use the shop for any new mage who is learning about magic in the Theithos College. It is run by Ari Whistlewind who is also a worker at the College and for the Dewin. It is located near the college in the Galdur District of Capital City.
