Smouldering Smear

The Smouldering Smear is a tavern in the Galdur District of Capital City and a bit more shady than the normal inhabitant of the district is used to. It is under the control of the Syndicate and thus many shady people might visit the tavern. Yet, this will be mostly at night. During the day, normal folk find this tavern a nice place to rest up.
Its owner is Eduard Goldbottom who works for the Syndicate as well. He is a rough Dvergur who doesn't take shit. He is bribable.
