Arthenos

Two large continents set apart this world. Kings and Emperors fight for the rule of the largest of the two continents. Divided into multiple provinces every province is ruled by their own King. Intruiging plots and conspiracies fill the halls of castles. Shaky alliances are made when the world is on the brink of domination.   The land is mountainous and full with forest, small or large. But even the warmth of the desert can be felt. Catfolk and lizardfolk roam the world together with humans, Elves, Dwarves, Halflings, Gnomes and so many more.   Gods and Demons make bargains with mortals and influence everyone around them. No being is Good or Evil when the perspective changes. Only everyones own interest is what matters in the world.   Magic is very present in this world and the world benefits from it. Mostly using magic for good it is not something to be feared. Apart from the evil Warlock or two. Some are born with secret magic within them, others have to go to great lengths to aqcuire the arcane powers.
