The Friendly Ghost

A dilapidated tavern once owned by Rowan Northrund that was abandoned approximately 10 years ago when the Elric Northrund and his family were forced out of the city. It has been signed over to the players in thanks for saving his life.
Currently, it's a shithole in need of renovations. It has been renamed by the party to The Friendly Ghost.

Alterations

The tavern was in dire need of repairs when it was received by the party.
Broxley Bronzekettle was contacted to provide estimates for various repair projects.
