Thenen'Thwell Han'dylth of Ainros

Princess Thenen'Thwell Han'dylth- Ainros

First daughter and second child to Garland the Conqueror and Queen Hwel'Ynwel   Wed to Breyv Aran'Aror Han'dylth, a Sun Warrior from Liddinawth. Mother to Arran, who died in the First Brothers Rebellion. Mother to Griselda, who would wed Breyv Marshal Graunt. Mother to Skal'dan, who became a hosterman.   Called Thenna by her friends, Thenen'Thwell was a princess of great standing, being the first daughter of the enormously popular Garland the Conqueror. Great lords were seeking her hand for their sons from the very month of her birth. Yet her name was not her only virtue. Thenen'Thwell was a gifted a magician, mastering the Liddinawths harp and the Milosian flute, and even gaining some facility with Singing. Elisel the Enchantress once noted that the princess seemed disinterested in either marriage or court life, and would much rather have wandered the land playing spells for all to hear. If this is true, however, she never voiced such apprehensions to anyone else.   For such a woman of such a birth to be wed to a mere Breyv is extraordinary, but the celebrated Clan Han'dylth was at its zenith in those days, being one of the greatest allies to Garland during his war against the West. Nevertheless, some have grumbled at this fairly insular marriage, suggesting that wedding Thenen'Thwell to a westerner might have prevented the uprisings of Clan Luutar and Clan Eskmai that would come soon after the Conquest.   As for the Princess herself, she largely vanishes from records after her marriage. She is described as a beautiful, graceful, and kindhearted woman (often contrasted with her mother, who never warmed to Revellia).   Princess Thenen'Thwell died in her sleep at eight-and-forty.
