SDF Constellation
The Constellation is one of the last airships of its class from the Chaos Wars that is still operational. It can no longer be used as a military ship without a serious overhaul because it's no longer battle-ready. She can no longer ascend or descend through the level of the Skylands, but she can still maneuver on a single plane. Her speed is also greatly reduced.
A transport company bought her lease and she is now used as a transport for cargo and as a ferry between the nearest islands is a perfect use for an old ship of the line. At least she is still of use in her retirement and was not sold for scrap or destroyed.
Power Generation
The ship was originally powered by a Zero Point Generator, but that was taken out in battle. So they had to install a Skystone Generator in its place.
Propulsion
The thrusters were also damaged, so repulsor thrusters were added, as well as sails.
Weapons & Armament
The weapons were also destroyed or removed by the Skylands Defense Force before it was sold as salvage.
Armor and defense
The deck and hull plates are reinforced with alloyed plating that few know how to recreate.
Communication Tools & Systems
It now has only a simple radio system.
Sensors
A basic radar system is installed.
Hangars & docked vessels
There are a few away boats that can also be used as lifeboats. They have more control of the airways than their home ship.
