The Ring of Elemental Command: Earth is a magical ring, associated with Sangroke Bliss. It is one of the Rings of Elemental Command, and this ring deals with the Elemental Plane of Earth. It was bestowed to Welnor the Wise, who used it to briefly take full command of the Elemental Plane of Earth. However, when The Great Horde of Sangroke Bliss was defeated, their grip on the plane loosened, and Welnor was sealed away by K'Niff for his failure.
