Scarab of Protection
The Scarab of Protection is a magical item, often associated with Gloom Mona, The Beacon of Darkness. The medallion was created by Gloom Mona during the The War on Death to protect her worshippers from the vile spells of Shubb'Ki. Many years later, the Scarab was destroyed, and its ashes used in an attempt to restore life to the Undead-infested land of Murkys. However, the ploy was foiled and the Scarab was lost. However, there has been rumours of the Scarab reconstituting in recent years.
