Hollis is one of Queen Herleva's daughters. She was interested in the biodiversity (and limitations) of the areas surrounding Blaec Gheal, and became interested in Kalium. She was originally being prepared to study in the Guild of Faith, but ran away and stayed with a mentor. As rumours extended that he was not just her mentor but also a lover or suitor, Herleva threatened to disinherit her if she continued on this path. Hollis was disinherited along with her sisters after she was initiated into the Earthdeep Coven.
