Dalindren is a vassal state of the Kingdom of Faron in the eastern Zóken Mountains, centered around the city Varkalis. It was founded shortly after the fall of Katargysía in the 40's a. Paþ, along with Fazeron, when dwarves from Katargysía fled south and were granted land by Faron in exchange for sharing their technology and arts with the latter, and to keep the very tribes that invaded Katargysía at bay.
Unlike Fazeron, dalindreans are generally less enthusiastic about retaking their ancient homeland, instead focusing on building new, prosperous kingdom with its own identity while still retaining some their old traditions.

Structure
The Gelkix dynasty, named by its founder Artakóriz Gelkix (known as Artakos by the faronics) is in charge of Dalindren. Members of the dynasty handle matters within its boundaries, pay tributes to Faron and generally act as mediators between the dwarven and faronic peoples.
