Jelharis

Jelharis is the eastern province of the Kingdom of Faron in southeastern Adynía and the largest, covering most of the Tó Plain and the eastern coast. It's bordered by the provinces of Keftíos to the west and Knalos to the southwest.
Jelharis is the most rural region within the kingdom, lacking any settlement larger than a village, most of which are located along the coast. The people there subsist primarily on raising cattle and horses, producing cheese, and fishing, and while they identify as Faronians and speak local dialects of Haþúlin, most are descendants of native groups predating the faronians, and many aspects of their culture are considered peculiar due to relative isolation from the rest of the kingdom's inhabitants, such as bowing to moon when it appears on the sky, and wearing cow-hides instead of more common linen clothing.
