The Deaconess
Exularch Carol Littlefeather (a.k.a. The Deaconess)
The Deaconess was a central figure guiding the forces of goodness in the nation of Hindland.
She was an elderly Halfling druid. She served as the Sovereign Hierarch of Holy Hill before its usurpation and dissolution by The Contingency.
Thanks to the help of a group of adventurers sent to Holy Hill on a mission to attempt to restore the monarchy, she narrowly avoided death at the hands of an insurrection planned by The Contingency.
In Aletheia, the Deaconess assumed the title of the Exularch.
Queenmaker
The Deaconess established a government in exile in the hidden underground city of Aletheia. There, she collected the intelligencia and resistance leadership of Hindland, along with historical and cultural artifacts and written works. by Midjourney

The Deaconess was instrumental in unting the resistance groups of Hindland behind the half-orc Yewthinca under the pretense that she was the long lost daughter of King MaxMarcus VI.

The mission was kept under the highest secrecy. It was prompted by the portents of "Bichael the Diviner," a deceased former resistance sage who attempted to thwart the plans of the Dark Seer.
