Primarch of Holy Hill

The Primarch of Holy Hill ruled over the holy body known as the Council of the Sovereign Hierarch.
The role was advised by the council, and moderated the opinions of the other holy leaders. The role was selected from existing council members.
This was considered the most elevated role on the continent of Queldorum, having the respect of and the religious authority over most of the nations there. Delegations from overseas nations were known to hold audience with the Primarch.
