Electrokinesis Depletion

Electrokinesis is a everyday ability scene in all Awoken, associated with almost all facets of life, if not entirely understood by everyone. This has lead to many who completely drain themselves for the first time to panic, as the first symptoms of Electrokinesis Depletion take effect. The symptom of very sharp pain in the chest.
This first panic attack happens often time at workplaces due to foreman or leaders pushing their workers too hard. It's entirely reasonable since the first time grappling with the condition is a fearful one.

Causes

Depletion occurs when an awoken  is drained of all electrokinesis charge in their body. Normally as a result of intense work, stress, or dangerous situations.

Symptoms

While panic that often comes with the first depletion is a one time effect, most awoken learn how to not push themselves to such extremes. Leaving only the following symptoms in order of their appearance.

1. Sudden and sharp pain in the chest, near the heart.
2. A feeling of weakness and fatigue.
3. Inability to absorb or regenerate charges within a twenty-four (24) hour period.
4. After the twenty-four (24) hour period and a eight (8) hour rest period, only half of an awoken's electrical potential will be restored. 
5. After another eight (8) hours of rest, the effects of depletion will completely fade.
