Onslaught

Onslaught was the only child of Destro, the supervillain in charge of the People's Liberation Front. She was born crippled, being not just blind from birth but also having body so physically weak that she was basically sentenced to a life in a hospital bed. As a result, her father spent his entire life looking for a potential treatment for her, while cherishing her more than anything else in the world.
He eventually struck a deal with the devil - or, to be exact, with Archvile - in order to gain access to individualities capable of healing her at least to some degree. While they worked - allowing her to at the very least leave her bed in a wheelchair, and even become combat-capable (even if she didn't have many occassions to show that).
However, Archvile's involvement in PLF operations resulted in the government panicking and destroying the PLF headquarters, killing not just Destro but also Onslaught... and driving her soon-to-be husband, Revenant, into a revenge rampage known as the Second Villain War.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Even after Archvile's treatments, she was still of extremely thin and frail built. She required wheelchair to move around for most of the time, though in a shorter term she could go around by using walking aids. That's naturally for when her individuality wasn't active at the time. She was also blind, although when her individuality reached certain level of activation, her hearing was amplified to the point where she could operate normally through a form of echolocation.

Special abilities

Her inviduality was called Stress Stockpile. Her body accumulated energy, with speed proportional to the intensity of feelings of frustration and irritation, creating a power stockpile that she could tap into in order to enhance all her physical capabilities - from strength and durability to her remaining senses and even a limited healing factor (enough to patch up bruises and cuts in manner of seconds, not enough to regenerate lost limbs).
She could only tap into the stockpile when her mind was properly attuned to it. Namely, when she was sufficiently stressed. The more stressed she was, the more of it she could use. As a result, she couldn't use the energy to let her live a normal life, but she could use it when in combat, due to the adrenaline spike associated with the flight or fight response when faced with an actual danger.
Due to spending most of her life chained to a hospital bed, she accumulated truly massive amounts of energy, enough for her own body to be unable to bear it when fully activated. As a result, she could only use about 20% of it without damaging her body, which was still enough to make her incredibly powerful.
Activating her individuality made her skin go black and eyes red, all while her body was enveloped with reddish electric discharges (believed to be her body venting out excess energy output that it couldn't properly use).

Apparel & Accessories

Her actual villain uniform was basically speaking her own wheelchair (with a few additions to it, such as the fact that it could deploy a handful of melee weapons when prompted for her to use). The clothes she wore in addition to that were varied, mostly because of her own limited interest in her own looks (after all, it's not like she could see it).

Personal history

Onslaught, as stated in the introduction, was born blind and of extremely weak body. It was speculated that 'trauma' associated with her own birth resulted in her individuality misfiring and damaging her undeveloped muscle system, stunting its development. As a result, she was basically bound to a hospital bed, basically unable to live without assistance. The side-effect of that upbringing was her body growing to be extremely frail and weak.
Her father doted on her and spent every free moment in his life with her. Telling her what he was up to, reading her stories of the world she was missing out on, and generally speaking trying to do his utmost to keep her as happy as possible. All while searching for a potential cure to her conditions.
Things changed for her after Archvile ended up deciding that he wants to use Destro for his schemes against Invincible. He offered that he would find an individuality capable of curing her frailty, allowing her to actually live a life. The transaction was accompanied with an exchange of cadres between the Villain Academy and the People's Liberation Front, which brought Revenant into her life.
While her relationship with Revenant was supposed to be an arranged marriage (at least partially due to her father getting really attached to his new personal assistant and de facto the PLF's new Dragon), she was in fact deeply in love with him. Unfortunately, this marriage never came to be, for Onslaught died two weeks before the wedding when the government panicked and destroy PLF's headquarters with a nuke.

Intellectual Characteristics

Onslaught was a caring and empathetic individual, the kind that genuinely supported her father's attempt to overthrow the US Government due to thinking that it would lives of all the US citizens much better. She had a bit of a mischevious side, although one that she rarely showed to people - aside from her best friend, Hypothermia and, to a smaller degree, to her fiancee, Revenant.
She also had enough of a distance to herself to openly joke about her own disability and be outwardly unbothered about it, though considering the way her individuality worked, it was probably a facade.

Savvies & Ineptitudes

Strengths

An extremely powerful physical augmentation individuality, making her into an unstoppable juggernaut when fully engaged. She was also quite intelligent.

Weaknesses

Blind. While her individuality allowed her to circumnavigate that issue through echolocation and amplification of other senses, it remained a weakness. She also lacked combat training due to spending majority of her life in a hospital bed. Worst of all, she was basically a frail teenager without her individuality activated, meaning that she could be easily ambushed while in an unpowered state.

Contacts & Relations

Aside from Destro, her father, she was only truly close with two people. The first one was Hypothermia, her best friend (introduced to her by her father in order to at least let her socialize with someone her age). The other was Revenant, her fiancee in an engagement that was partially arranged by her father, although with Onslaught and Revenant clearly loving each other deeply.
