Central Stone
One of the Districts of Wholstad primarily known for it's thoroughfare status, several other of Wholstad's districts are connected via this one.
Named after it's location in the center of Wholstad and the large Stone located in the square.
Frequently ignored by most denizens of Wholstad who believe nothing much occurs in this district. As much as its inhabitants claim otherwise, those who believe nothing much occurs; are right.
Demographics
Occupied mostly by those who have immigrated to Wholstad. These individuals are closely monitered by The Redcoats, who are always ready to arrest these folk for "Civil Unrest" or "Disturbing the Peace".
Most of the immigrants who live here attempt to move out of the district after their "Observation period" (a 6 month period of constant observation by Redcoats, that is similar to the concept of parole) has ended, leading to a constant swapping out of inhabitants.
Government
Has the second highest amount of police stations in Wholstad.
