A seasoned warrior, Rhogar is an intimidating adversary and a cunning tactitian. His father, Zragar Maccal, is the leading commander of the Duryad Naval forces.

Personal history
Rhogar was born on Elasis 14, 11 C to parents Darina and Zragar Maccal, a Duryad Fleet admiral. Roghar is twentyeight years old when the Magowanese sunk several merchant ships in Duryad waters in 8 AC. A year later, Qurthi is attacked. Roghar is finishing his final military exam at the time of the attack. When civilians are given an hour to evacuate Qurthi's downtown district before the enemy breaches the gates, his father only has time to reach him. As a result of Zragar's decision, his mother is said to have been killed in the attack before the city guard managed to push them out of the city. Following the Promotion of his father and uncle, Narkul , Rhogar himself is promoted to Centurion. Roghar is “raised behind the helm” by his father and on the principles of the Duryad army.
