I'm facinated by the implication of "realistic" geopolitics, cultures, history, ecology etc. in a fantasy setting and how that shapes the world. What happens when the fantastical and the realistic join forces? I also like many different video games as well. I write things when I should be doing other things. if you the reader of my works notice something a bit odd or nonsensical in terms of "realismtm" or concistency within the worlds logic, or eve n have some notes or expertice in matters mentioned, please don't hesitate to inform me!
