Soul Rain
In places where a disaster happened and lots of people died their souls go up to seek judgment for their lives from Knommguh the Fa Geinn God of Order according to the old faith of Ci Scá Múnt. However, a person's magic is not something that they can take with them because that part of their Soul was woven into them by Solsínabh the Spider Queen who wove Miyla together.
The Soul Rain is looked forward to when it is not following or warning of a coming disaster but when it just happens which is a rare but beautiful sight that is also eery in away.
Manifestation
When the soul rain is happening it looks like golden and teal lights are falling from the sky back to the ground and the storm usually happens at night to allow the magic to glow eerily as they fall to the ground.
Localization
The event happens around the graveyards or places where disasters happened or where there is a high concentration of magic. It is also believed that it happens in places where a disaster will take place. This Magical Storm only really happens in Bridt Sche and it is believed that the reason why is because the Black Wing Flight are the Shifter Dragons that discovered Necromancy.
