Historical Details
Background
Before the publication of this degree, House Briknomm ruled much of Bridt Sche from Ubudongiu the former capital of the country. A member of the House was willing to help dethrone them and to create the Bridt Schtricksüker. With the new government taking root it was necessary to remove the old government and to place them in a place where there was no one to rule over.
History
The Rite of Banishment was written and put into place shortly after the razing of Ubudongiu. This is made it so that the new government of Bridt Schtricksüker can take their place relatively peacefully. Furthermore, Soül Soyla was able to seal the family's matriarch, Veglienna, into The Waves making it hard for the family to fight back with their base, people, resources, and leadership gone. Due to this the family couldn't fight back and so they went into exile peacefully.
Public Reaction
For the most part, the public didn't care because their lives didn't change that much because all of the Dragons don't care about the mortals and only used laws of caring to further their goals.
