Physical Features

Aymeric possesses a rugged and weather-beaten appearance. His skin, tanned by countless days under the sun, bears the marks of a life at sea. Scars on his torso and left cheek, a reminder of a near-fatal encounter, serve as lasting testament to his adventurous lifestyle. His hair, once a deep brown, has lightened over time, mirroring the sun-bleached planks of the ships he's sailed upon. Aymeric's eyes, a shade of oceanic blue, gleam with a fierce determination.

Mental Traits

Aymeric is marked by a tenacious spirit. His experiences have forged him into a resilient and resourceful individual. He carries with him the lessons learned from a mutiny gone awry and a pirate's life of freedom on the high seas. Loyalty is paramount to him, particularly to his friends and comrades Wellan and Rudy, with whom he has shared many an adventure.

History

Aymeric's journey began as a humble sailor aboard a merchant ship. The ship's captain, known for his tyrannical leadership, repeatedly incited discontent among the crew. Aymeric found himself among a group of disgruntled sailors who decided to stage a mutiny, driven by the hope of securing better conditions for themselves.   However, their rebellion was short-lived. The mutineers were swiftly overpowered and apprehended upon the ship's arrival in the port city of Boralus. Condemned to the gallows alongside his fellow mutineers, Aymeric faced an impending Death sentence. It was in this dire moment that salvation arrived in the form of a trio - Sam Bellamy, Wellan, and Rudy. Their daring rescue succeeded in sparing Aymeric and his comrades from the noose, but it plunged them into a precarious situation.   To escape the city, Aymeric and his newfound allies had no choice but to steal the very ship they had recently rebelled against. This marked the beginning of his new life as a pirate. Over time, Aymeric forged strong bonds of friendship with Wellan and Rudy, becoming inseparable companions in numerous expeditions and adventures on both land and sea.   One such expedition nearly cost Aymeric his life when a confrontation with an enemy captain led to a near-fatal accident. The scars on his torso and left cheek serve as enduring reminders of that fateful encounter.   After this incident, Aymeric grew distant from Wellan, whom he blamed for his injuries. Although the two eventually shared a drink and Wellan apologized, Aymeric never truly recovered from the wound and lived in fear for his life from that point onward.   Months later, when the crew was faced with a choice—to stay and fight the Longstraw Pirates and the Tritons in what was shaping up to be a total war on the ocean, or to leave and remain on Tortuga Isle—Aymeric chose to leave.   Alongside those who left, Aymeric was captured by pirates still loyal to the Kraken King on Tortuga Isle. Refusing to live a life of submission after finally mustering the courage to leave the Garrot, he broke free from the island with other pirates—some who had also escaped the Garrot, and others simply hoping to abandon their life of piracy. Together, they stole a dilapidated vessel and set sail, desperate to escape the conflict.   However, the vessel crashed on Night Island. Seeking shelter, the survivors ventured underground, unaware that they were approaching the hidden city of I'Calith. There, they were intercepted by the Quiet Knights. Offering a deceptive version of their story, they were granted refuge by the leader of the Quiet Knights, Aristocles, who welcomed them into the dark elves' city.
