Ostrea
Ostrea is a draconically inhabited wasteland. Populated with wandering nomadic tribes of humans, it's a dangerous place. From time to time, collections of these nomads will form a tent city, only to dissolve it in a few days time.
A permanent settlement was attempted on the western coast of Ostrea. What remains is now referred to as Fort Folly
