The Fey High Council

"Since before the dawn of memory, for as long as all but the most ancient of ancients can remember, the Feywild has been guided by the Fey High Council. In the heart of what on the material plane is the site of the Acropolis, there is a grove where the seasons meet, a grove protected by wards and shields that have stood since the ancient days of the Seelie and the Unseelie and will stand until the concept of time has long turned to dust. It is in this grove where the Council meets.
Within this grove there are 4 tables that together form a circle, at each of these tables rests a season and three members of the court. The seats of Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring are filled by those who debate and deliberate upon the laws and fate of the entire plane. The Fae High Council is a collection of twelve extraordinarily powerful individuals worshipped or feared across the multiverse. No one but those closest to them know their true identities, as they have become synonymous with the powerful positions they hold.
